Pastor Louis continues a four week LEADERSHIP TRAINING SERIES entitled, “Pathways to Christian Service.” The purpose of this series is to help us grow in our place of service and leadership, within the body of Christ. There will be a MEN’S CONFERENCE at Calvary Chapel San Jose on Saturday, September 25, from 8am - 3pm. Guest Speakers include Don McClure, Ken Graves, Louis Neely and David Guzik. The theme is, “With All My Heart,” based on Psalm 86:11 - 12. Fliers are available in the lobby.
We are in the process of updating the MILITARY PHOTOS of our church members and their families who are currently serving in the armed forces (active duty or reserves). Next week, we will be moving the pictures to the lobby. Please stop by the lobby after service and let us know whether or not you would like to keep a photo on the wall.

WOMEN'S BIBLE FELLOWSHIP begins Thursday evening, September 30 and Friday morning, October 1, with two book studies to choose from in both morning and evening studies.
- Course I: "Parenting is Heart Work," for moms of all-aged children, a scripture based study on reaching the heart of the child, taught by Dr. Scott Turansky and Joanne Miller, in dynamic videos.
- Course II: "Faith Enough To Finish," by Jill Briscoe, mature faith for mature women, dealing with life’s taxing changes, growing deeper in God through life’s second acts.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD is now a year-round event at the Warehouse. We are collecting various items throughout the year for our Packing Party. The donation items for SEPTEMBER are “MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS;" (Hard candy and lollipops (please double bag all candy), mints, gum, T-shirts, socks, ball caps; sunglasses, hair clips, toy jewelry, watches, flashlights (with extra batteries). If you would like to donate, please drop the items off in the Operation Christmas Child box in the lobby. If you know of any businesses who would be interested in donating, please contact the church office.
